Counseling for professionals addresses relationship issues in the work of educators, social workers, teachers, aid workers, coaches and counselors. The focus may be on questions concerning specific relationships with a client, learner or colleague and/or those concerning the complex relationship system of an organization, institution, or group. However, counseling for professionals always addresses ruptures in relationships that complicate the pedagogical, teaching, counseling, or helping activities.
