The number of sessions depends on various factors, primarily the issue and goals of the counseling. There is no fixed number of sessions that must be attended. An exception is the "process" format for individuals and couples/partners, which requires a minimum of 10 sessions. The number of sessions for each format is agreed upon individually.

What is an intensive?

The "process" format offers the option of intensive counseling, consisting of 10 sessions conducted over three separate days. This is particularly suitable for clients who find it logistically difficult to hold weekly sessions.

How much does counseling or training cost?

The cost of a counseling session depends on various factors, particularly the chosen format.

A 90-minute session in the "advice" and "support" formats costs €120.00 (plus VAT).

In the "process" format, the price for a 90-minute session decreases to €100.00 (plus VAT) if sessions are held more frequently (weekly) and exceed a total of ten sessions.

All couples & partners, regardless of identity, orientation, age, privilege, or culture, are warmly welcome.

My strong background in inter-/cultural studies gives me a special expertise in working with intercultural relationships.

Do you work with children and/or adolescents?

The counseling services are primarily designed for adults (of legal age). Individual work with children and adolescents are not offered. Work with children and adolescents, when necessary, is integrated into work with couples, parents, and families.

Families are very welcome, especially when intergenerational issues play a role, when entire family systems are challenged by special events, when partnerships become patchwork families, or when questions arise in sibling relationships.

Do you work with neurodivergent clients?

I work with neurodiversity when it is relevant as a topic and challenge in relationships (intimate relationship, family, work, school, etc.). This includes a special focus on high sensitivity, giftedness, and/or ADHD.

Under which circumstances counseling is contraindicated?

Psychological counseling, particularly with a focus on relationship work, is contraindicated in cases of severe psychiatric or other illnesses that impair legal capacity. Counseling is also contraindicated in cases of domestic violence, untreated addiction, and/or immense contextual stress.

Sessions are available on weekdays between 10:30 AM and 8:30 PM (CET/CEST). In special cases, such as time zone differences, sessions at other times are possible. I also offer sessions on Saturdays twice a month.
